Techforce has leased a 342sq m high quality first floor office in Eastwood SA that has excellent views over the leafy green parklands, paying circa $390 per square metre pa Gross + GST under a 5 year lease.
Located at 200 Greenhill Road, Eastwood, on Adelaide’s premium strip of fringe office accommodation, the lease commenced in February 2020 and is a big step-up from Techforce’s previous metropolitan office located on Payneham Road, boasting large windows and natural light streaming in from all four sides and from the centre of the building due to its glass atrium and lift, which was one of the first in Adelaide.
The property has undercroft and rear parking, enabling Techforce to secure fourteen car parks, which is something they were unable to do in any other city fringe option they considered.
Techforce is a well-established SA based recruitment and labour hire company with over 25 years’ experience providing staffing solutions to the mining, oil & gas, construction and manufacturing industries in both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
The deal was negotiated by Zandra McGee, Leasing Executive, Savills Australia who said “Techforce wanted their next office to be of a high calibre to suit their growing group of white-collar clientele, whilst still being accessible for blue-collar clients and candidates and they found this at 200 Greenhill Road.”
She went on to say that another huge attraction was the existing good quality fit-out, which meant a cheap and efficient relocation, which is something more and more tenants are looking for.
