Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) has leased a 276sq m office at 78 Richmond Road, Keswick SA with frontage onto Richmond Road from JM White Pty Ltd for a 7 year lease with two 5 year options of renewal.
The deal was negotiated by Zandra McGee, Office Leasing Executive at Savills Australia who said the property is well located only minutes from the CBD and 450m away from Adelaide’s main north-south route, South Road, making the office easily accessible for members from all directions and routine meetings.
“CITB were attracted to this building due to its signage opportunities and its impression of being a stand-alone building, which gives a certain level of stature”.
Ms McGee went on to say that in addition to its favourable location, “The well-priced rent gave CITB the opportunity to make a long-term investment into their custom fit out to ensure the property would be suitable for the many years to come.” She also said the 12 car parks they were able to lease with the property was an important bonus.
CITB began occupation end of Q1 2020.
