Brand new building scores technological superstars

Renowned App and website developer PixelForce Systems Pty Ltd has leased the top floor of 97 King William Street, Kent Town of approximately 330sq m of office space from Raschella Group.

They will pay circa $140,000.00 per annum, which is at a discounted rate due to their commitment prior to completion of construction.

The building will be completed by the end of April 2020, with PixelForce moving in immediately afterwards, having signed a six year lease with four year option.

The deal was exclusively negotiated by Zandra McGee of Savills Office Leasing who said PixelForce were attracted by the ability to occupy their own floor and the fact that the building is brand new.

“The staff are looking forward to being able to get some fresh air without leaving the office, as there are balconies on the Northern and Southern sides of each office floor, which also provides fresh air flow through the tenancy, a rarity in commercial buildings but highly sought after” she said.

97 King William Street fits in perfectly with the cosmopolitan style of Kent Town, with stylish finishes, outdoor breakout space, on-site car parking and a café on the ground floor giving staff all they need within the parameters of the building.

“This deal is a much needed positive story of local success in every form from the tenant PixelForce, to the builder Palumbo Group, who have had a number of cranes up over the past 18 months including on the International Sofitel Hotel development in the CBD and of course the owners of 97KWS, the Raschella Group,” said Ms McGee.

PixelForce has experienced strong continued growth since it was founded in 2011 and notably they were the developer behind the fitness app Sweat, which got the world off its feet and is owned by Adelaide’s very own local and multi-million dollar success story Kayla Itsines and Tobi Pearce.

It was off the back of this growth that PixelForce required a new premises to expand into and that was symbolic of their brand and company image and 97 King William Street, Kent Town will be exactly that.

The fit-out will be very edgy with glass fronted offices, internal greenery and moody finishes combining looks of polished concrete, red brick and dark tones, matching the forward thinking Tech Company that is PixelForce.
