Intro Travel has leased a 360sq m beautifully restored warehouse style building at Level 2, at 332 Kent Street, Sydney from GWA paying $950/sq m gross under a six year lease.

The building offers all new services including air conditioning, lifts, exposed ceilings and abundant natural light.

The deal was negotiated by Christina Malcolm of Savills Office Leasing and Steffan Ippolito of Oxford Agency who said Intro Travel were seeking office space with a personality. “The heritage aspect of 332 Kent Street was a standout compared to other offerings in the market” said Ms Malcolm.
