Australia Square has undergone a series of state-of-the-art upgrades and refurbishments ensuring it remains one of the CBD’s leading commercial office towers.
The deal was negotiated by Christina Malcolm of Savills Office Leasing who said the space was a perfect match for Baring Private Equity Asia Ltd’s new Sydney office; and the CBD location, hassle free turnkey suite and short term lease propelled the decision.
