Twas a year of hustle and bustle at Kingloch Parade, so let’s take a moment to reflect on the journey so far.

The holidays are near, the season of cheer, so here’s Nick with a joyous tale of Kingloch Parade.

So where are we overall?

At this stage, the first residents can expect to move in by January 2025.

And how're the civils tracking?

In the face of challenges in the construction industry, even the most well-conceived plans have been put to the test. Last month, we successfully achieved financial close for our construction facility with Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Currently, we’re working closely with our bank and the preferred builder who can navigate the extensive due diligence requirements. They’re also conducting a detailed design review and we’re simultaneously engaging in contract negotiations. Unfortunately, they don't have the same ‘head start' as the original builder, but we recognize the necessity for both parties to exercise heightened caution given the prevailing industry conditions.

We anticipate announcing the chosen builder soon and thank you for your patience. This has meant that the original completion date will push out to 2025, with a staged handover most likely to cover up on lost time.
