Delhi-NCR recorded gross absorption of 6.8 mn sq. ft. in H1 2025, marking an 88% YOY increase. Gurugram micromarket accounted for 65% of the region’s total gross leasing activity, garnering 4.4 mn sq. ft in total. While the technology sector continued to lead with a 34% share of total leasing, the BFSI sector emerged as a key demand driver during H1 2025, accounting for 24% of the city’s leasing activity.
