Savills has announced the appointment of Rob Shanley to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its Australian and New Zealand business.
Rob comes to Savills following eight years at Greencliff Group, a Sydney-based real estate agency specialising in inner city residential sales, rental and property management services, where he held the role of Group Financial Controller, CFO and ultimately COO.
Prior to Greencliff Group, Rob worked with McGrath as a senior business analyst where he was closely involved in the company’s successful IPO process as part of their Financial Planning & Analysis team, leveraging his accounting qualifications and experience working with KPMG where he held a senior accountancy role in the global consulting firm’s Corporate Restructuring and Forensics team.
Savills Australia and New Zealand CEO, Paul Craig said, “Rob’s extensive financial and accounting experience will be a fantastic addition to the AUNZ Board and senior leadership team as we continue strengthening local market share here.
“His role will be integral to the success of our Australian and New Zealand business, as will his experience leading high performing financial teams as he works alongside his Asia Pacific counterparts providing expert advice and counsel for, not only the executive leadership team, but stakeholders across the wider Savills organisation,” Mr Paul concluded.
Rob Shanley’s appointment to Chief Financial Officer at Savills Australia and New Zealand will commence immediately. Mr Shanley is based in the agency’s Sydney office.
