LPA Energy Pty Ltd has leased a 150 sqm commercial unit at Units 3 & 4, Sydney Corporate Park, 65 Doody Street, Alexandria NSW from Goodman under a 3 year lease.
The commercial office suite offers turn key solution and storage and three car parks.
The deal was negotiated by Jake Savery and Edward Washer at Savills Australia, who said “The tenants having previously been located in the area were looking to re-accommodate their business headquarters back in Alexandria.
“Goodman were able to provide a turn-key solution to suit the tenants needs with minimal downtime”.
