Freehold cosmetic clinic sells under the hammer for $4.1m

Trinity Global has purchased a 260sq m freehold medical clinic at 31 Grosvenor Street, Woollahra, from a private owner for $4,100,000.

The property is located in the heart of Woollahra and is positioned on the Grosvenor Street ‘Medical Strip.’ The property has been used for medical purposes for over 30 years and presented the perfect opportunity for an owner occupier to relocate their business into the highly sought-after suburb of Woollahra.

31 Grosvenor Street comprises a single-level freehold cosmetic clinic totaling 260sq m offered with vacant possession. The property sits on a 350sq m parcel of land with 4 off-street car parking spaces with rear lane access.

31 Grosvenor Street was sold via an on-site Public Auction where there were seven groups actively bidding with the eventual purchaser acquiring the asset for $4.1m. The intention of the successful buyer is to owner occupy property for dental use.

The deal was negotiated by Nick Lower, Ollie Ridley and Selin Ince of Savills Metropolitan & Regional Sales who said “The property attracted interest from a vast range of medical owner occupiers and commercial investors.”

“With very little competing stock combined with the rarity of freehold medical assets of this quality, it was unsurprising to witness purchasers compete aggressively to secure 31 Grosvenor Street.”
