Tyres 4 U has leased an A-Grade freestanding industrial facility at 39 Britton Street Smithfield from Mirvac paying $120sq m net under a seven year lease.
The 13,390sq m GFA comes with a 2,697sq m super awning, full height precast construction with six on grade RSDs and six docks.
The deal was negotiated by John Swanson and Ray Trimboli at Savills Industrial & Logistics who said, “The lessee will amalgamate from multiple facilities in Western Sydney to drive better efficiencies from operating under the one, larger premises.”
