Austwel Building Materials has leased an 8,925sq m industrial warehouse/office at 17 Longfield Street, Lansvale under a 5 year lease from a Private.
The deal was negotiated by Joe Trimboli and Ray Trimboli at Savills Industrial & Logistics, who said the incoming tenant was attracted to the property’s high power supply and existing crane capabilities.
