The annual rental income is $45,000 plus outgoings plus GST.
What was once occupied by Autobarn, the property offers huge exposure to the main road less than 500 metres from the CBD adjacent to the Nambour State High School.
The deal was negotiated by Jason O’Meara of Savills Sunshine Coast who said the business recently moved from Windsor Road to this larger facility which has great on-site car parking and tremendous signage and workshop for mower repairs and distribution.
Gerald Robertson owner of the business said they really wanted a higher profile position and more functional and larger layout with warehouse in addition to air conditioned showroom space.
