Dryz Pty Ltd has leased a 207sq m industrial strata unit at Unit 20, 17-21 Bowden Street, Alexandria NSW from Hope Bowden Pty Ltd under a two year lease.
The high clearance warehouse has two car spaces and is just a five minute walk to Green Square Station. The deal was negotiated by Jake Savery and Sam Wallace of Savills Industrial & Logistics who said the tenant required the space to expand business in the Sydney area with multiple existing operations primarily out of Victoria.
