A local developer has purchased an 8,367sq m vacant block of land in Brendale QLD from a private company for $2.05 million.
Located at 8 Cutler Court, the benched and serviced land zoned ready for construction is in the New Base Industrial Estate, in the sought-after Brisbane North precinct of Brendale.
The sellers had originally intended on building their new facility on the site, but they have recently elected to relocate elsewhere.
Other significant occupiers in the area include Super Retail Group. The estate’s streets cater for B-Double access and the site lies at the end of a wide cul-de-sac, enhancing truck access to the land.
The deal was negotiated by Shaw Harrison, Savills Industrial & Logistics, who said the Expressions of Interest campaign received multiple offers from developers and occupiers looking for a strategic northern corridor location which offers excellent connectivity to the Gateway Motorway (9km*), M1 Motorway (8km*) and Brisbane CBD (20km*).
