A listed, multinational insurance company has leased a 2,462.5sq m industrial warehouse with ancillary office in the Huntley Business Park, in Alexandria NSW from Goodman under a five-year lease.
Huntley Business Park, located at 90 Euston Road, is an ideally located industrial estate that benefits from significant exposure to Huntley Street and Euston Road.
The building has a high clearance warehouse with multiple roller door access and recently refurbished office space.
The deal was negotiated by Edward Washer and Nick Crothers of Savills Industrial & Logistics who said “The transaction was still finalised under the COVID-19 cloud, which reflects the appetite for well-located warehousing in close proximity to a large amount of the population in Sydney.”
