9 Degrees has leased a 1,359sq m industrial building at 21-25 Danks Street, Waterloo NSW from a private owner paying between $300-$400 per square metre gross under a five-year lease.
The landmark industrial building is in an outstanding location, positioned on the corner of Danks Street and Bourke Street and the deal was negotiated by Edward Washer of Savills Industrial & Logistics who said 9 Degrees will transform the traditional building into a boulder climbing facility.
