A local Sunshine Coast developer has commenced construction at Landsborough on an industrial complex of 19 strata-titled units that will be offered to the market in two stages for either sale or lease.
The property located at 12 Kelly Court has launched to market as Gateway Corporate Centre, offering Stage 1 off-the-plan opportunities exclusively through Savills Luca Reynolds and David Tyson and Glen Grimish of CBRE.
The 19 strata-titled off the plan opportunities range in size from 102sq m through to 341sq m, with the ability to consolidate areas to allow for larger users who register their interest in the coming month.
