Former home of KeepCup hits the market

Savills Melbourne has just been appointed to sell the former home of well known sustainability business KeepCup who has outgrown the property and relocated to larger premises in nearby Clifton Hill.

The property, 70-76 Westgarth Street, Fitzroy comprises a prime landholding of 632sq m at the corner of Fitzroy Street together with a freestanding, immaculately refurbished two-level office and warehouse building that even comes with its own rooftop solar panel array plus Tesla Powerwall. The building area is approximately 650sq m and would suit a wide variety of owner-occupier businesses.

The property is being sold by Savills agents Clinton Baxter, Jesse Radisich and Benson Zhou.

Mr Baxter said that the property will attract strong interest from developers wishing to capitalise on the ideal location of the property just off eclectic Brunswick Street and the incredibly strong demand for apartments in Fitzroy.

“Developers are always asking us for sites in Fitzroy and this one is exactly what the market has been desperately seeking.”

The property will be auctioned on Friday 27 March at 12 noon on site.
