ExecuJet MRO Services Australia Pty Ltd has leased a 605.1sq m industrial unit at Unit 1, 11 Lord Street, Botany NSW from a confidential owner paying $220 per square metre under a three year lease.
The annual rental income is $133,122 per annum net and the high quality industrial building is well positioned close to Sydney Airport and Port Botany.
The deal was negotiated by Edward Washer of Savills Industrial & Logistics who said the tenant relocated due to being in an industrial complex that was being demolished for redevelopment.
