Among the winners was the Savills Valuations & Advisory team, who were presented with the m3property ‘Valuation Team of the Year Award,’ marking Savills consecutive year of wins at the event, which celebrates both individual and property excellence across Australia’s property profession.
“It is an absolute honour to be awarded the API Valuation Team of the Year award, and is so thoroughly deserved by our incredibly hard working and talented team around the country,” said National Director of Valuation & Advisory at Savills Australia, Sandra Peachey.
“The award recognises our continued push to offer the most reliable valuation advice in the industry, providing the highest level of service to our clients and adhering to some of the best practices in the valuation profession.”
Ms Peachey said the Savills Valuations & Advisory team received the award because of their adoption of new technologies that have provided their clients, such as the Roads & Maritime Services and first tier banks through the ValEx Platform, with accurate and recognised high quality service.
“This is the second year of the revised Awards and once again we have been impressed by the calibre of both winners and finalists in all categories,” said API CEO Amelia Hodge.
Ms Peachey, who won the API ‘Lesley Bennett Women in Property Award’ last year, said the Savills Valuations team is looking forward to continually improving their systems over the next 12 months, and has just embarked on a new review, employing some of the best advisors in the industry.
