Service Stream Holdings Pty Ltd has leased a 554.5sq m top floor office on Level 10 at 8 West Street, North Sydney.
The space was leased from Maville Group Australia, with tenants paying $686.98/sq m gross for five years plus a three year option.
8 West Street has recently undergone major upgrade works including new end of trip facilities and lift cars.
The deal was negotiated by Christina Malcolm of Savills Office Leasing, who said the North Sydney address was competitively priced and offered existing adaptable fit-out combined with sweeping views.
