CEO - Australia & New Zealand
Paul Craig was appointed CEO of Savills Australia & New Zealand in early 2016; responsible for overseeing Savills multi-disciplinary capability, from strategic advice and transacting deals to managing assets and projects, across all commercial and residential sectors.
Previously, Paul was Managing Director of the Savills WA and International Investments businesses for Savills. Paul has also been head of Savills national transactions team and the Australian representative on the company’s regional and global investment teams.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the property industry, Paul’s successful track record spans commercial, industrial, and retail transactions. With an emphasis on overseas, institutional, private equity and equity funds for inflows both into and out of Australia, since 2006 Paul has been directly involved in the sale of in excess of $4 billion worth of property.
Managing Director - New South Wales
Simon is the Managing Director of Savills New South Wales. His current responsibilities include managing all aspects of the agency and real estate services. He is a member of the Australian board of Savills and head of the NSW Capital Transactions Team.
His primary focus outside his Managing Director responsibilities is capital transactions with a focus on both institutional and private clients in the CBD and suburban markets.
Simon started his career in commercial leasing before moving into sales and now has over 25 years experience in commercial property.
Managing Director - Queensland
Anthony joined Savills in February 2012 as Head of Agency for Queensland, and State Director of Capital Transactions, positions he held simultaneously. In his Head of Agency role, Anthony was responsible for the management of the commercial, industrial and retail business units for Savills Queensland. Following this, he became Managing Director of Queensland in February 2017.
Possessing more than 30 years’ experience in the Australian commercial property market, Anthony has represented a number of the country’s most respected agencies at director level and above.
Anthony has transacted in excess of $1bn acting on behalf of numerous institutional clients, private investors, and developers. Some of Anthony’s significant sales in Brisbane include Kings Row Office Park on behalf of ICPF for $94,900,000, 231 & 217 George Street on behalf of Valad Property Group for $100,000,000, 80 Ann Street on behalf of QIC for $63,000,000, 300 George Street on behalf of Queensland State Government for $63,000,000, and Garden Square Office Park on behalf of Stockland for $45,250,000.
Managing Director - South Australia
With over 25 years experience with Savills in South Australia and the Northern Territory, Rino is accomplished in major transactions and has represented the majority of high net worth and institutional clients in South Australia.
He is the principal licensee of the Adelaide office, a member of the Australian Board of Savills and Head of the SA Capital Transactions team.
Managing Director - Victoria
Stuart joined Savills in 2007 as Divisional Director of Valuations in Victoria. He was promoted to National Head of Valuations in 2015, and became Managing Director of Victoria in February 2017. He previously spent more than 10 years with an independent property advisory firm that included establishing a Sydney office between 2002 and 2005.
Stuart has in excess of 15 years’ experience as a Certified Practicing Valuer in the provision of valuation and consultancy services on investment grade property across Australia, which has included the valuation of major regional shopping centres and CBD office buildings. He has extensive knowledge of both the Melbourne and Sydney property markets as well as exposure to other markets through his involvement in the valuation of retail property.
Managing Director - Western Australia
Graham has 25 years experience in the Perth commercial real estate market. He is currently Managing Director of the WA office.
Graham joined Savills as Divisional Director of Commercial Leasing in 2002 and has been involved in some of Perth's most successful leasing campaigns. He has earned numerous awards from the Savills Perth office, including 'Top Fee Earner.'
