Paul joined Savills in March 1990 as Director of Commercial Leasing in Brisbane, following that he was Director - Agency in 2001 and Managing Director in 2002.  Paul is also an Executive Committee member of Savills Asia Pacific Limited.

His primary focus outside his Managing Director responsibilities is capital transactions with an emphasis on both institutional and private clients. Simon started his career in commercial leasing before moving into sales and now has over 20 years experience in commercial property. Before moving back into the Sydney CBD, he had been one of the most active agents covering Sydney’s suburban markets.

Prior to joining Savills, Rino had a successful career with Coles Group in their Real Estate Department both Adelaide and Sydney.  Rarely can someone with Rino’s experience be found working in a Property Consulting organisation.

Over the next four years Dominic actively managed a number of portfolios for institutional owners, including fulfilling a national role for Macquarie Countrywide.  Dominic was appointed Managing Director in early 2006 and since that time has increased turnover in Melbourne by in excess of 150%.  Dominic’s role now includes a number of key management contracts as well as assistance with commercial sales and national capital transactions.  Prior to joining Savills, Dominic spent almost twenty years working for a private development and investment group in Dublin, Ireland where he held roles as a Property Manager, Retail Manager, Associate Director and General Manager of a stand alone Asset Management Group.

Paul has developed an extensive client base of both local and institutional clients and has access to all of the key institutional buyers. Paul has been a frequent visitor to the east coast over the past ten years, on a monthly basis, and also frequents Singapore, Asia, Europe (including Germany) and the Middle East to present acquisition opportunities for property throughout Australia and in all capital cites. Paul recently completed the sale of $63.5 million CBD asset to UK based fund “Newstar” and now Henderson Global Investments in Hong Kong, was involved in the sale of “The Atrium” in NSW to Swiss Pension Fund AFIAA for $137 million in 2009 and Ashton House in Singapore to GE Real Estate.

Paul has over 15 years experience in the Property industry. He commenced his agency career in Commercial and Industrial Property Management and was responsible for the management and leasing of numerous commercial, industrial and retail premises for both local, high net worth and institutional clients. His primary focus outside his Managing Director responsibilities is National Capital Transactions with an emphasis on overseas institutional, private equity and equity funds for inflows both into and out of Australia.
