Catherine joined Savills in 2025 as the National HR Manager, leading the People and Development team and helping shape our future people strategy and build high-performing teams across the Savills Australia and New Zealand business.
With over 20 years of HR leadership and executive coaching experience across Australia, New Zealand, the USA and the UK, Catherine brings a wealth of knowledge and fresh ideas to our business, as well as a passion for driving strategic HR initiatives to help attract, develop and retain the best people.
In her previous roles, Catherine led significant change programs, including integrating new businesses across multiple markets and successfully securing talent pipelines to ensure workforce sustainability in international organisations such as Veolia Water (in Australia and New Zealand) and Brickworks.
