Ben Schubert

Ben joined Savills in July 2025, prior to this he held a number of key leadership roles including National Head of Institutional Sales and Capital Advisory at Knight Frank Australia. He has a blend of both client-side and agency roles having previously held positions at companies such as The GPT Group. In the early stages of Ben’s career, he was a valuer.

Ben brings with him a wealth of expertise, leadership and client insight as well as an impressive track record leading some of the country’s most high-profile and sophisticated office transactions.

Key deals include the sale of a 66% interest in 55 Pitt Street, Sydney for $1.3 billion, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney for $630 million, 135 King Street, Sydney for circa $600 million, 101 Miller Street and Greenwood Plaza in North Sydney for $422 million, and 20 Bridge Street, Sydney for $280 million.
