• Tenants expanded on many of the top deals, either increasing their footprints in existing buildings or leasing entirely new space
• Class A asking rents increased by 2.8% year over year to $33.16 per square foot (psf). In the Bethesda/Chevy Chase submarket, Class A asking rents average $46.17 psf
