On the supply side, the city witnessed the completion of 0.8 mn sq. ft. in H1 2025, and the operational stock stood at 21.7 mn sq. ft. The overall vacancy rate increased marginally to 12% in H1 2025 from 9.8% in H1 2024 due to a surge in occupier preference for Grade-A space.
