Russell is a Director of the Valuation & Advisory department, having joined Savills in 2006. He specialises in Institutional Office valuations in the Sydney CBD & North Shore markets.
Russell has been in the valuation industry since 1996, having undertaken valuations in all classes of property throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area and regional New South Wales. He also has worked in the United Kingdom and been involved in various international portfolio valuation assignments.
Russell currently focuses on the valuation of institutional grade office buildings within the Sydney CBD market as well as the lower North Shore, which includes North Sydney, St Leonards and Chatswood. His client base includes all major institutional owners, as well as banks and private investors.
