Matt Ellis joined Savills in 2023 in the role of State Director, Industrial and is based in the Savills Melbourne office. With a career spanning more than 25 years in both agency and development, he is widely recognised as having extensive knowledge of the various Melbourne submarkets.
Matt leads a large team of industrial experts and leverages his 25 years’ experience in the sector to provide senior strategic counsel to clients, advise on industrial sales and leasing transactions and identify new opportunities in market.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Business – Property, Valuations with RMIT.
