Commercial clients have included Bank of New York, CBA, The Royal Bank of Scotland and The British Government (Sydney Consulate Residence) Martin’s commercial sales of architecturally significant properties include "Bligh House" 31 Bligh Street, Sydney which was sold to the Lowy Institute and Lot 3, Pier 8/9 Walsh Bay sold on behalf of Multiplex.
