James Lister

James joined the Savills Brisbane office in 2015 as a Director within the Valuations and Advisory team, specialising in residential development.

After graduating from the University of Queensland in 1995 with a bachelor degree in property studies, other than a mid-career travel break, James has worked in the property profession since.   

Since 2006 James has focused solely on the residential development sector.  James is responsible for managing the residential development valuation team that covers Brisbane, south east Queensland, northern New South Wales and regional Queensland locations.

James specialises in all facets of residential development valuations and takes pride in offering the services of an experienced consultant.
