James commenced his valuation career in 2000 and has undertaken a range of valuation assignments for mortgage security, financial reporting, acquisition and disposal purposes for major financial institutions, investment trusts, private investors and operators.

Having gained exposure to most asset types, James has specialised in the valuation of various accommodation assets including hotels, resorts, boarding houses and backpackers across the major Australian capital city and regional markets.
