Chris holds the roles of the State Managing Director – WA and National Director - Retail Valuations of the Valuation & Advisory team. Originally joined Savills in 2008, Chris is a member of the Savills AUNZ Board of Executives.
With decades of real estate experience, Chris’s primary area of expertise is in the provision of valuations for retail assets for financial reporting, first mortgage security, acquisition, and disposal purposes. The scale of retail assets ranges from neighbourhood shopping centres to super regional shopping centres.
Chris has primarily been involved in institutional valuations while also undertaking intermittent mortgage valuations for key clients, such as Vicinity Centres, Dexus, Scentre Group, Stockland, Lendlease, GPT, Charter Hall and HomeCo.
