Office projects with floorplates of 1,000 sq m+ in Ha Noi

Several office building projects in Ha Noi have small floorplates, which restrict how flexible occupiers can be with the workspaces. However, understanding the gap in the market, several developers are launching new offices with floorplates of over 1000 sq m, which supports flexibility and hybrid working and leaves plenty of room for future expansion.

1. GRAND TERRA - 36 CAT LINH (DONG DA)
