Celebrated with a Gala Dinner over the weekend at the Royal International Convention Centre at Bowen Hills, the Retail Property of the Year Awards publicly acknowledge the best in retail properties and precincts across the state.
Savills Senior Property Manager, Anna-Maree Coco was personally recognised for her exceptional commitment to the centre’s management of maintenance, cleaning and customer experience.
“For me this award has been a real honour, it is indicative of the relationships that are required to successfully and meaningfully manage a retail asset,” Ms Coco said.
The panel of judges were particularly impressed by the attention to detail applied to all facades of maintenance and customer experience reflecting the highest standards of excellence in retail property.
“For Savills, this award is a testament to the quality of staff that they employ our ability to develop relationships with our clients, tenants and contractors enabling us all to work together to deliver an exceptional service,” Ms Coco said.
“The award is a credit to the calibre of people we have working in the business,” Savills Queensland Managing Director, Anthony Ott, said.
“The recognition is well deserved by Anna-Maree personally, and highlights more broadly our exceptional service and ongoing commitment to our management clients,” Mr Ott said.
