Own World Pty Ltd has leased a 344sq m street-fronting showroom/retail/commercial space from Calardu Pty Ltd paying $349 per square metre under a 3 year lease.

Own World Pty Ltd has leased a 344sq m street-fronting showroom/retail/commercial space from Calardu Pty Ltd paying $349 per square metre under a 3 year lease.

The annual rental income is $120,000 net.

The deal was negotiated by Edward Washer and Sam Wallace, Savills Australia and Jackson Wray, Colliers International.

Mr Washer said “The showroom has been leased by a high-end, designer office furniture company, which continues the trend of design and lifestyle businesses seeing Rosebery as an increasingly attractive precinct to be located.”
