Additional Space Snapped Up by Valmont Industries Subsidiary

A Richlands office/warehouse facility has been leased to a subsidiary of Valmont Industries for what industry sources are suggesting to be a $100-105 per square metre deal.

The property located at Building three at 848 Boundary Road was leased to Locker Group through Ben Donnelly of Savills Industrial and Business Services on behalf of Propertylink.

The 1,403sq m facility features approximately 1,046sq m of clear-span warehouse and 357sq m corporate grade offices, multiple access doors and a large power supply.

Associate Director of Industrial and Business Services Ben Donnelly said that Locker Group required additional space within close proximity to their existing Richlands base.

“Having leased Building 4 in the complex late last year, the tenant had quickly out grown the premises and required an additional space,” Mr Donnelly said.

The Building 3 lease term has been signed to align with the Building 4 lease expiry to ensure Locker Group are able to reconsider all of their options at the end of the tenure.
