Main road property captures Adelaide investor attention

An office showroom warehouse has sold at auction for $911,000 as the demand continues for main road property in Adelaide’s western suburbs.

Savills Australia’s Steve Bobridge and Geoff Shuttleworth secured the deal for 242 Grange Road, Flinders Park and said they received significant interest from investors and owner occupiers.

“The purchaser was a private investor and recognised the prime Grange Road positioning along with ample growth opportunity,” Mr Bobridge said.

The property comprises of an office, showroom and warehouse with a total building area of 475sq m and a mezzanine area of 46sq m with ample on-site car parking.

The site is six kilometres west of the Adelaide CBD, in a well-established commercial and warehouse hub.
