Help with PDF Files
There is a known problem with certain versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator which causes PDF files not to display completely or not to display at all inside your browser window. The general solution is to configure your computer to display PDFs in a separate Adobe Acrobat application, rather than within a browser window. To do this, follow the instructions below:

  • Acrobat 4
    1. Open Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader
    2. Select File -> Preferences -> General
    3. Deselect the check box next to "Web browser integration"
    4. Close Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader
    5. Close Internet Explorer, if open

  • Acrobat 5
    1. Open Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader
    2. Select Edit -> Preferences -> General
    3. Deselect the check box next to "Display PDF in browser"
    4. Close Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader
    5. Close Internet Explorer, if open

A new Internet presence defines a new way of working.

The Savills team in Australia has a new web site. The new site explains our service offer in the four key areas of our business in Australia - agency, property management, valuation & consultancy and project services. A new highly sophisticated search function also gives visitors direct access to our property listings data base

In addition to the core property offering, the site offers a range of complementary service information directly relevant to the visitor's interest, such as research data, case studies and direct contacts.

Ultimately, our aim in redesigning our web site is to ensure that we offer the best possible service to our clients. We have been testing the site on our audience, listening to their thoughts and making appropriate changes. This is an ongoing process as we seek to make the site even faster, easier to use, and tailored exactly to meet our visitors' needs. We are totally committed to becoming a major online player in the property marketplace and aim to offer our clients the same high standards of service on the Internet as we do in person.
