Savills has announced the appointment of Iain Chapman as Senior Director of Regional Commercial Leasing in Asia. He is based in Hong Kong from Monday 12 September 2011.

Savills has represented state owned Bao Steel in the acquisition of three floors at Shanghai World Finance Center (SWFC) for US$133 million (RMB866 million).
