Rubicor Workforce relocates to Wayville

Rubicor Workforce has relocated to higher quality office space at 67 Greenhill Road, Wayville, with the intention of improving staff amenity and the business’ image to visiting clients.

Adam Hartley of Savills Office Leasing negotiated the five-year lease and said the tenant’s new office space met the company’s ongoing size requirements.

“Rubicor Workforce was pleased with the location and the presentation of the A Grade building,” Mr Hartley said.

“The ability to reuse a majority of the existing fit-out was an added benefit.”

Following the success of the ground-floor lease to Rubicor, vacancy of 1,586sq m on the first floor remains available.

“Tenants are invited to take advantage of the current combination of open-plan work areas and executive offices, or install a new tailored fit-out to match their needs,” Mr Hartley said.

“The current layout is ideally suited for larger companies that would benefit from the rare 1,586sq m floor plate, or there is the option for tenancies from 400sq m.”
