NSW Land Registry Services to relocate to Liverpool Street

NSW Land Registry Services has committed to lease one and a half floors at 175 Liverpool Street, in the southern end of the Sydney CBD.

Savills Office Leasing's Rob Dickins negotiated the term of five years and six months at a rate of $985 per square metre, saying the tenant was attracted to the prominent A Grade quality of the building.

“Offices in 175 Liverpool Street have panoramic views over Hyde Park to the harbour and provide spacious, fitted-out accommodation,” Mr Dickins said.

The office tower has retail at the ground floor, a large underground parking station, and modern end-of-trip facilities.

NSW Land Registry Services will relocate from the land titles office opposite St Mary’s Cathedral on 1 April 2019.
